Exceptional Family Experience with Outstanding Service!

We had an incredible time during our four-night stay! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, accommodating our needs seamlessly. My kids loved the pool area, and the delicious complimentary breakfast options were perfect for our family. Highly recommend exploring local dining options nearby!

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the pool and hit some balls at the tennis campus right across the street. With Granite Falls Golf Course nearby, we had plenty to do. The smart TVs were a nice touch for downtime. Altogether, a solid stay with comfortable beds and a welcoming vibe.

We encountered a musty smell in our first room, which was a bit off-putting. We switched rooms, but the second room had the same issue. It affected our overall comfort despite the friendly staff and nice amenities.

The local culinary scene is lit! Menchie's Frozen Yogurt hit the sweet spot, while Tokyo Joe's serving up fresh vibes with their sushi rolls made me feel alive. On top of that, the kitchen in our room made whipping up late-night snacks a breeze.

The only hiccup was a hot water situation that felt like a desert mirage.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and loved it! The kitchen had everything, which was a lifesaver for quick meals. Breakfast was seriously awesome with fresh waffles that my boys devoured. The pool was a bit too warm for us, though. Staff was super friendly and even remembered my son’s name! Definitely a win!

The suites here offer loads of space and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for late-night snacks or family meals. Evenings feature social receptions with good food and drinks that create a vibrant atmosphere, making it a great spot for gatherings after a long day.

Despite the great amenities, the pool area can feel overcrowded, making it tough to find a spot to relax, especially during busy times. Additionally, some guests mentioned experiencing musty odors in certain rooms, which might detract from the overall comfort of your stay. Lastly, parking can be a bit tricky, with limited spaces available near the entrance, forcing some to walk a longer distance to get to the hotel.

During our five-night stay, the room was unexpectedly designed for accessibility, which we managed despite not being informed beforehand. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, yet the room remained clean and comfortable. Staff interactions were consistently positive, enhancing our experience. The location was ideal for attending the spring training games, making it a convenient choice for our trip.

We had a lovely stay while visiting for the spring training games and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and lounging in the leisure room. Although the air conditioning was a bit noisy, it didn't take away from how comfortable our room felt after a long day. I highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast options—they're a great way to start your day! 😊
